We offer a full money-back, repair or replacement service if there are any problems with cameras purchased from us. This gives our customers complete peace of mind. We have a full 6 month warranty.

Postage & shipping

We use Royal Mail 1st class for delivery. Our P & P rates are very reasonable - just £3.50 for UK addresses per order.

If your order exceeds £20 in value (before P & P), we will automatically use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (signed for). This gives you extra peace of mind at no extra cost.

For shipping outside the UK, we use Royal Mail Airmail for small packages. The cost of this is currently £8.00. To pay for shipping outside UK, please add the item in our 'Worldwide Shipping' page (this adds the extra £4.50 for the Airmail costs to our standard £3.50 P & P fee, which is automatically added in the 'Checkout' page.)

We also offer a more secure International Postage at a small extra charge.

Delivery

Most of our cameras/accessories are in stock, and delivery should take approximately 10 - 14 working days. (Longer for items shipped outside UK). We prepare each camera individually for you once an order is placed.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, then please return the goods and we will give a full refund or replace them. Most of our stock is used and we hope you find the goods in good condition as described. Please bear in mind that some of our cameras are nearly 40 years old!

PAYMENT

Payment is via Paypal secure server. You are able to use your credit or debit card. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from us. To pay by credit or debit card, please select the Paypal option at checkout and follow the instructions for payment by credit/debit card.

If you place and order and have not paid at the time, we will contact you by e-mail after a few days to arrange payment.
