Trip Man 12-month Warranty
We've been refurbishing Olympus Trip 35 cameras for over 20 years. We have always supplied all of our cameras with a full 12-month worldwide no-quibble warranty. This is because we are confident that the cameras we sell are of such a high standard, that they will continue working for years to come.
Many other camera shops selling Olympus cameras only offer a short returns or guarantee period. Many allow the basic 30 day return, but this is really the minimum required by law in the UK. Our customers can of course return their camera within 30 days to get a full refund, for any reason, whether or not there's an issue with the camera.
The difference we offer is a full 12-months warranty whereby we will either repair, replace or refund for a defective camera. Some retailers may sell a camera at an attractive price, but then charge extra for a longer warranty. We don't believe this is the best way to do business or treat customers.
When we say 'no-quibble' warranty, we mean exactly that. If a customer believes there's an issue with their camera, of course we will help them to sort it out. Sometimes it is just a minor issue with understanding how the camera works and we can walk the customer through the issue, e.g. correct film loading. If in any doubt, we get the camera back and examine it.
Some retailers/repairers might insist on just repairing the camera. At Trip Man we are more flexible. We will let the customer know what we think is best for them in terms of a repair, or we offer them the choice of a replacement or simply a full refund.
Customer service is a top priority here at Trip Man. We have built our business on the basis of fairness and honesty. We want the customer to trust us. We believe we are the experts in these cameras and we buy the best cameras possible and our refurbishments are the most comprehensive possible. That's why we are so confident offering such a good warranty.
A 12-month warranty with no fuss, no arguments or complicated terms or conditions. Just excellent service.
